Her love of real estate and her connection to Denver are apparent the moment you meet her. She moved to Denver in 1995 to pursue her Master’s degree in Urban Planning; it was then she began cultivating her love of places through the discovery of Denver and surrounding areas' diverse neighborhoods. 
 
Her professional experience prior to obtaining her real estate license has only enhanced what she provides to her clients. She spent years helping builder and developer clients create compelling branding and visual marketing campaigns, including staging and designing spaces in model homes. Alongside her architect/general contractor husband, she has built spec homes and has remodeled and designed numerous homes and projects for herself and others. Her clients find her knowledge of construction, design, home systems, zoning, and city planning invaluable tools. 
 
She values the relationships she builds with her clients, emphasizing collaboration and open communication. She understands the critical components of successful real estate transactions, such as current market trends, inventory, location, price, and timing, and utilizes her background in design to maximize the value of her client’s properties. She carefully assesses each listing and provides advice/recommendations and takes it a step further by managing any work that needs to be done, taking the stress off her clients.
 
While the majority of her transactions are in Denver neighborhoods and close-by suburbs, she has lived and worked in Boulder County and has closed transactions in Boulder, Lafayette, Evergreen, Fort Collins, Castle Rock, and others. Her extensive knowledge of various neighborhoods, as well as her ability to carefully analyze and guide her clients through transactions, have gained her clients’ trust and loyalty.
 
She lives in the Park Hill neighborhood of Denver, in a home that she has lovingly remodeled and updated with her husband. Outside of work, she loves to hike, travel, bake, hang out with family and friends, and catch up with design blogs and Instagram posts over a latte.
