Carolyn’s love of real estate and her connection to Denver are apparent the moment you meet her. She moved to Denver in 1995 to pursue her Master’s degree in Urban Planning; it was then she began cultivating her love of places through the discovery of Denver and surrounding areas' diverse neighborhoods.
Her professional experience prior to obtaining her real estate license has only enhanced what she provides to her clients. She spent years helping builder and developer clients create compelling branding and visual marketing campaigns, including staging and designing spaces in model homes.
Since 1995, Carolyn has proudly considered Denver her home. Since relocating from the East Coast, she has been actively engaged in the real estate industry. Carolyn's professional background includes serving as a former Urban Planner, with a focus on Economic Development and Historic Preservation. It was during her time as a Planner that she initially nurtured her passion for places and explored the diverse neighborhoods that make up Denver.
